Democratic Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA) has found himself in hot water again and possibly facing legal issues.
Swalwell, who sits on the House Judiciary Committee, may have played a role in “aiding and abetting” Hunter Biden who did not comply with the congressional subpoena.
Keep in mind Steve Bannon is facing charges for not complying as well.
The subpoena issued by Republicans was an attempt to force Hunter Biden to testify in connection with various controversies and get him on the record.
However, now it appears that Swalwell may have run interference by scheduling the press conference when he was supposed to be testifying before Congress.
BREAKING: House sources say that Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell–as a member of the Judiciary Committee, which subpoenaed Hunter Biden–“aided and abetted” a crime this morning when he worked with Hunter’s lawyer Abbe Lowell to help Hunter flout the subpoena in contempt of Congress

What do you expect from a guy who allegedly slept with a spy.,
Initially, Hunter had agreed to sit down with the Oversight Committee; however, he backed off after the Committee denied his request for a public hearing.
Hunter Biden today defied lawful subpoenas and we will now initiate contempt of Congress proceedings.
We will not provide special treatment because his last name is Biden.

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) said, “I look forward to following the process for contempt of Congress, which absolutely should be done. Hunter Biden refusing to show up today is unacceptable… Hunter Biden is clearly trying to hide and cover up the money laundering and the abuse of power that he and his father are guilty of.”
The ball is now in the GOP’s court, we’ll see what they do.
