Fresh off the political trainwreck that was her husband’s presidency — and the quiet burial of her White House ambitions — Jill Biden has landed a new post that reads like a satire headline: leading a women’s health initiative at the Milken Institute in California. Yes, that Milken — the one named after junk bond felon Michael Milken. And yes, that California — the state where common sense and biology are routinely sacrificed on the altar of identity politics.
Jill Biden’s new mission is to unite “leaders around a shared mission: for women everywhere to benefit from the lifesaving, world-changing research we know is possible.” Sounds noble. But there’s a giant, gaping problem before we even get to the first research grant:
What exactly is a woman, Dr. Biden?
We launched our Women’s Health Network to serve as a global collaborative to elevate + advance existing and new efforts across the women’s health ecosystem. Dr. Jill Biden, US former First Lady, has joined our new Women’s Health Network as Chair. https://t.co/71BiNkM7OS pic.twitter.com/LEMnjZc0Dl

Because according to the modern Democratic Party playbook — the very one Jill Biden has loyally served — that question is either unanswerable or dangerously transphobic. When Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson was asked to define “woman,” she dodged. The Biden administration promotes gender ideology that places feelings over biology. And the first gentleman himself, Joe Biden, has fully endorsed men competing in women’s sports under the “trans” banner.
So, again — who exactly will benefit from this new “women’s health” crusade? Biological women, or just anyone who identifies as one?
The contradictions don’t end there. The Biden White House has previously claimed that too many medical studies focus on male biology, resulting in flawed treatments for women. Fair enough. But how does that square with a movement that says “female biology” is irrelevant or offensive to define?
Here’s Ketanji Jackson unable to define what a woman is. How is she qualified to vote on allowing sex changes in children? https://t.co/zMEyGWmyFy

Will Jill Biden’s think tank now be pressured to allocate funding toward health research for “trans women” — biological males — to avoid accusations of bigotry? Will “menstruators,” “birthing people,” and other progressive euphemisms take center stage over women with XX chromosomes? In the upside-down world the Left has built, don’t be surprised if the next grant goes to study prostate health in women.
And let’s not forget the irony in the location: California, where the ideological schizophrenia is strongest. The same state that bans travel to “anti-LGBTQ” states for official reasons will now host a think tank that might find itself stuck between defining women and not offending those who aren’t. It’s a political no-win scenario wrapped in a lab coat.
Just how senile is Joe Biden?

At the center of it all is Jill Biden, a woman who just a year ago was whispering in Joe’s ear not to step aside, clinging to power like a political climber. Now she’s trying to rehabilitate her image as a champion of women’s health, even as the ideology she endorsed bulldozes the very foundation of that cause.
