Hunter Biden Sends Request To Federal Judge In Lawsuit Case

Well, isn’t this just the most poetic ending to the Hunter Biden saga? After years of playing the victim, dodging accountability, and riding on Daddy’s coattails, the former first son is now crying poverty to get out of his own lawsuit.

Apparently, the same guy who had no problem raking in millions from shady business deals and overpriced finger paintings is suddenly broke and looking for a way out. And, of course, his plea for mercy just so happens to land before a judge nominated by—you guessed it—his father. You almost have to admire the audacity. Almost.

Hunter Biden originally sued Garrett Ziegler, a former aide to Peter Navarro, claiming Ziegler had accessed and tampered with data from his infamous laptop—the same laptop the media, Democrats, and Big Tech all swore was a Russian hoax right up until it was no longer politically convenient to lie about it. Now, Hunter is asking for the case to be dismissed, not because he suddenly realized it was baseless, but because, according to his legal filings, he simply can’t afford the legal fees. The man who used to command tens of thousands of dollars for his “artwork” and was expecting to cash in on lucrative speaking engagements is now down to selling a single painting for $36,000. Must be tough.

And speaking of his “art,” let’s not forget how Hunter’s little side hustle conveniently allowed anonymous buyers to funnel money straight into his pockets while his father was in the White House. The Biden administration assured us there was nothing unethical about this arrangement—only for Hunter’s own art dealer to later contradict those claims. But now that Joe Biden is out of office, it seems the market for Hunter’s amateur watercolors has dried up faster than California during a drought.

But don’t worry—Hunter has an excuse for his financial struggles. According to his affidavit, his financial woes have been “exacerbated” by the California fires, which apparently burned up his artwork and left his rental house “unlivable.” Now, let’s be clear: his house didn’t burn down. Even ABC News had to acknowledge that. But apparently, the damage to nearby properties has made his living situation so unbearable that he just doesn’t know where to go next. Maybe he should try one of the dozens of multimillion-dollar properties the Biden family has conveniently acquired over the years.

Hunter’s lawyers would love for us to believe that his money problems are a result of some cruel twist of fate, but let’s be honest—his real problem is that the influence-peddling business has dried up. As Robert Tyler, attorney for Ziegler, put it: “It’s no surprise Hunter Biden’s money has run dry since he no longer has the same ability to peddle influence in the White House or other halls of government.” And that’s really the crux of it. When Joe Biden was in power, Hunter was a commodity. Now that he’s not, Hunter is just another washed-up political hanger-on trying to cash in on his last name.

Meanwhile, in a moment of sweet irony, IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler—the same men who exposed the special treatment Hunter received during federal investigations—were front and center at President Trump’s congressional address last week. That’s what real accountability looks like.

Hunter’s attempt to drop this case is just one more example of the Biden playbook: make a mess, run out of excuses, and then play the victim. But after years of lies, cover-ups, and media suppression, it seems like the American people are finally done buying what the Bidens are selling.
