Vice President Kamala Harris Issues Insane Statement That The Border Is Both Secure And That Its Crisis Is Solely The Fault Of Trump

Vice President Kamala Harris has quite the odd definition of the word “secure.” This past Sunday evening, Harris stated to Chuck Todd with NBC that the border is “secure in that that is a priority for any nation, including ours and our administration.”

While under the watch of the Biden administration, multiple millions from all over the planet have flooded across the border into the United States illegally. At these record highs, anyone with even a modicum of common sense would see that the border is not secure but just entirely wide open.

Common sense and shame seem to be out of stock within the Biden administration, though, and this most recent interview with Harris just highlights that they have close to zero real ideas, or even desires, to deal with the issues along the border. The U.S. VP outright denied that the border has now become basically a sieve in the wake of Todd highlighting the border patrol could end up dealing with over two million encounters per month this coming fall.

However, for a crisis that Harris claims does not exist, she also claims all the fault in the world for it should be slammed onto former President Donald J. Trump, she exclaimed.

“But there are still a lot of problems that we are trying to fix given the deterioration that happened over the last four years,” she stated as part of her interview with Todd.

One of the possible solutions to the entire issue it to grant amnesty, Harris explained.

“We also have to put into place a law and a plan for a pathway for citizenship for the millions of people who are here and are prepared to do what is legally required to gain citizenship,” she continued. “By the way, you want to talk about bipartisanship on an issue that at one time was a bipartisan issue both in terms of Republican senators and even presidents.”

As reported by Harris, the granting of citizenship would help fix the issue of illegal immigration for a series of unexplained reasons. That particular piece of information flies in the face of logic.

The data explains that the last time such a plan of enacting massive amnesty in America took place was 1986, and the bipartisan effort from Congress and President Ronald Reagan did absolutely nothing to deal with the massive flow of illegal immigrants flooding across the border. It, quite obviously, did not end the problem in the long term, otherwise, Trump would not have been made to create his own 2016 campaign around stopping illegal immigration.

There is one theory that states that any such amnesty promises only lead to an increased rate of crossings as people rush to enter before the closing of the border so that they will be eligible for the program.

She has also ignored previous instances of lessons that were taught by the gaff by the Obama administration concerning THE border. As part of her most recent interview, Harris ended up sending mixed messages to people, a result that has been stated to increase the influx of immigrants by the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office.

Back in 2021, Harris stated to anyone thinking of taking the trip up to the American border, “Do not come. The United States will continue to enforce our laws.”

“I believe if you come to our border you will be turned back,” she went on.

And as has been clearly seen, that it the exact opposite of what took place under the Biden-Harris administration in the wake of her comments.
