Vance Comments On Birthday Note

House Democrats thought they had their “gotcha” moment. They posted what they claimed was a birthday note from President Donald Trump to Jeffrey Epstein, complete with his supposed signature — a card they insisted tied Trump to the convicted sex offender.

But there was just one glaring problem: it wasn’t Trump’s signature.

Anyone who’s seen the President’s penmanship — scrawled across executive orders, stitched into MAGA merchandise, plastered on 47 hats — knows it immediately. Trump’s sharp, jagged, mountain-peak signature is one of the most recognizable in modern politics. And what Democrats trotted out on Monday was anything but.

The alleged “evidence” collapsed almost as soon as it hit social media. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt led the charge, calling it exactly what it was: the “Democrat Epstein Hoax.” She pointed to the obvious forgery and blasted the Wall Street Journal for running with the story. “It’s very clear President Trump did not draw this picture, and he did not sign it,” she said, hammering home the point that the supposed bombshell was just recycled fake news.

Vice President JD Vance wasted no time, either. Reacting to Leavitt’s takedown, he called the whole charade “BS.” And he didn’t stop there: “The Democrats don’t care about Epstein. They don’t even care about his victims. That’s why they were silent about it for years. The only thing they care about is concocting another fake scandal like Russiagate to smear President Trump with lies. No one is falling for this BS.”

Deputy Chief of Staff Taylor Budowich chimed in as well, threatening defamation action and daring Newscorp to get its checkbook ready.

This is the pattern we’ve seen for nearly a decade. Democrats and their media allies float a story designed to stick — Russia, Ukraine, Stormy, January 6th, documents at Mar-a-Lago — and when the details fall apart, they simply move on to the next. Truth never seems to matter. What matters is keeping Trump buried in scandal headlines, no matter how flimsy.

The irony here is painful. For years, the political left had nothing to say about Epstein. They looked the other way as he wined, dined, and flew with the elites. But now, when it serves their narrative, they suddenly pretend to be horrified — not at Epstein, but at Trump.
