Talk Of A Gas Stove Ban Has Joe Rogan Calling Out Biden Administration

Recently, President Joe Biden and his administration recently found themselves in the crosshairs of Joe Rogan due to their recent conversations about a possible wholesale ban against gas stoves which made headlines all over the country last week prior to officials with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission choosing to retract their idea.

The podcasting titan and commentator for the UFC highlighted an edited image via his social media accounts which openly mocked the idea of some kind of government agency being forced to go to the homes of individual Americans to try and commandeer gas stoves as he praised the image.

“Not sure who made this [image], but f***ing bravo to whoever it was,” exclaimed Rogan in his post. “Edit: props to [grandoldmemes]. I’ve been told they created this.”

As seen in the posted image, a group of four men sporting the green uniforms of some kind of authority with badges and all showing the “Gas Stove Unit” patch photoshopped onto their uniforms. The men are all standing next to an old-style white gas stove.

This post from Rogan went public after a number of reports went public this past week that members of the Biden administration were loudly speaking about a possible ban on gas stoves, as first reported.

“This is a hidden hazard,” exclaimed a commissioner of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) that had been originally nominated by Biden, Richard Trumka Jr., explained Bloomberg News. “Any option is on the table. Products that can’t be made safe can be banned.”

Just a few days after that, the giant regulatory agency seemingly lost steam and reversed course from the idea, with Product Safety Commission Chairman Alex Hoehn-Saric expressing that the agency currently has zero plans to try and ban gas stoves in the wake of the idea being heavily ridiculed and those speaking about it being mocked widely.

The insanity only multiplied as Twitter took hold of the dumb idea from the agency, highlighting numerous mocking memes and tweets concerning the entire ordeal.

Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis was one big name who also joined in on the mockery by posting a picture that highlighted a pair of stoves with the message “Don’t tread on Florida, and don’t mess with gas stoves!”

Another big-name response came from Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz who stated, “Joe Biden’s FAA grounded every plane and he says he doesn’t know why. We learned he held classified docs in his private Penn Biden Center office and he says the news took him by surprise. And his admin floated a gas stove ban & was shamed into retracting. It’s just Wednesday.”
