Possible Nuclear Strike Looms As Lead Russian Military Officials Convene To Discuss Options

Reportedly, prime Russian military officials have convened to speak over the past few days to both when and how to make use of tactical nuclear weapons against Ukrainian soldiers if the orders from the Kremlin were to actually come down.

It was reported by The New York Times that Russian President Vladimir Putin did not take part in these recent discussions, as explained by various senior U.S. officials.  The report indicated that Putin currently maintains the sole power to put out the order to make use of nuclear weaponry.

U.S. military officials were shocked that the talks were even taking place due to the implications that it meant that the previous threats from Putin concerning nuclear strikes may not actually just be intense bluffing. The officials refused to speak about what specific scenarios were discussed by the Russian military leaders where they would make use of such weapons.

Despite this, the report claimed that officials have not actually seen any relevant evidence showing that the Russians were planning to make use of tactical nuclear weapons at some point soon.

Reports came to light just last month that a military train from Russia was reportedly moving equipment for the country’s nuclear weapons program out to areas along the front lines of the war against Ukraine, kicking off various fears that Putin could be making ready to implement the use of nuclear weapons due to the mounting losses being experienced by Russia in the war.

It was reported by The Telegraph that the train was “operated by the secretive nuclear division and linked to the 12th main directorate of the Russian ministry of defence.” As seen on the Russian propaganda Telegram account, the train in question was reportedly making its way to the Ukrainian border from a base in central Russia.

In the wake of this report, Russia has hurled accusations at Ukraine of them getting ready to use a dirty bomb against Russia, but the claims were flipped once again when the U.S. called out Russia for following their standard plan of utilizing false flag attacks.

Lloyd Austin, the U.S. Secretary of Defense, went on to try and allay fears while making a statement to the gathered press, stating, “We have not seen anything to indicate that Putin has made a decision to use a dirty bomb.”

“It would be the first time a nuclear weapon has been used in over 70 years,” he claimed. “If this happened, we have been clear from the very beginning that you would see a very significant response from the international community.”

Old Uncle Joe even chimed in with his own statements in an effort to boost fundraising while speaking to gathered Democrats, claiming that Putin is “not joking” about his potential use of “tactical nuclear weapons or biological or chemical weapons because his military is you might say significantly underperforming.”

“We have not faced the prospect of Armageddon since Kennedy and the Cuban missile crisis,” stated Biden, going on to add that “we have a direct threat of the use of nuclear weapons if in fact things continue down the path they are going.”
