A new poll suggests MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell has widened his lead in the Republican primary for Minnesota governor as the race enters its final stretch before voters head to the polls.
According to a KSTP/SurveyUSA poll conducted July 15-20, Lindell leads the Republican field with 35 percent support among likely GOP primary voters. The survey questioned 478 Republican voters and has a margin of error of plus or minus 5.4 percentage points.
The results represent an eight-point increase for Lindell compared to the previous KSTP/SurveyUSA poll conducted in June.
The survey also showed Lindell making gains among key voting blocs. His support among women increased by nine percentage points, while backing from voters age 65 and older rose by 17 points.
Minnesota House Speaker Lisa Demuth placed second with 26 percent support, improving four points from the June poll.

Businessman Kendall Qualls, who secured the endorsement of the Minnesota Republican Party, fell from 17 percent in June to 11 percent in the latest survey.
The Republican primary winner will advance to the general election. Democratic Gov. Tim Walz chose not to seek another term, leaving the governor’s office open after two terms in office.
Since the previous poll, Lindell has received a high-profile endorsement from President Donald Trump.

On Truth Social, Trump praised Lindell as “one of America’s greatest and most hard working Patriots” and urged Minnesota Republicans to support his campaign.
“Mike Lindell, the ‘Pillow Man,’ … is running to be GOVERNOR OF MINNESOTA,” Trump wrote. “Early Primary Voting has begun and, if given the chance, Mike will be SPECTACULAR!!!”
Trump also credited Lindell for his advocacy on election integrity issues.
“Nobody has sacrificed more than Mike Lindell in fighting for our country, especially when it comes to Election Integrity,” Trump wrote before concluding with his “COMPLETE AND TOTAL ENDORSEMENT.”
