Hunter Tells Court He Did Earn From Chinese Energy Company

Hunter Biden’s lawyer admitted in court Wednesday that the president’s son received nearly $664,000 from Chinese energy company CEFC China Energy Co. in 2017, contradicting President Joe Biden’s oft-repeated claim that his son “has not made money from China.”

During a hearing before U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, attorney Chris Clark revealed Hunter Biden earned more than one million dollars from foreign business deals, including $664,000 from the Chinese-linked company linked to Chinese intelligence.

Clark also said the younger Biden made” $70,000 relating to a Romanian business; and $48,000 from the multi-national law firm” in addition to his fee from Burisma Holdings of over 500,000.

This stands in stark contrast to President Joe Biden’s claim this year that “my son has not made money in terms of this thing about, what are you talking about, China. The only guy who made money from China is this guy [Donald Trump]. He’s the only one. Nobody else has made money from China.”

Now, the revelations by Biden’s lawyer have sparked a major investigation by the House Oversight Committee. James Comer (R-KY) revealed the Biden family business, over the course of several years, received over $10 million from business schemes in Romania and China in return for what appears to be influence peddling. It took extremely suspicious activities to make that happen, as the Bidens utilized multiple shell companies and money transfers to conceal the money trail.

Joe Biden and his son will have to answer heaty questions about their foreign income as the committee’s investigation intensifies. This could potentially unravel the Biden family’s corruption that dates back over a decade, during the Obama administration, and force Joe Biden to answer for his alleged involvement in shady business deals.

Until then, Joe Biden and Hunter Biden will have to face the judgment of those who don’t believe their transparent denials. The judge on Wednesday corrected Hunter Biden’s lawyer, making sure to refer to “million” and not “thousand” on the amount of money received when discussing Hunter Biden’s foreign income.

The proof that Hunter Biden made millions from multination law firms, CEFC and Burisma marks the first newsworthy victory in the case of the president’s son since it’s opening. Now, it’s just a matter of how deep the rabbit hole goes.
