This past Wednesday evening, in the wake of Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) sending a pair of planes laden with illegal immigrants out to Martha’s Vineyard, a wave of Conservatives cheers rang out. Martha’s Vineway is a Massachusetts island that is known to be home to very wealthy progressives such as former President brack Obama.
“Yes, Florida can confirm the two planes with illegal immigrants that arrived in Martha’s Vineyard today were part of the state’s relocation program to transport illegal immigrants to sanctuary destinations,” explained officials from the office of the Florida governor in a release. “States like Massachusetts, New York, and California will better facilitate the care of these individuals who they have invited into our country’ by incentivizing illegal immigration through their designation as ‘sanctuary states’ and support for the Biden Administration’s open border policies.”
The release went on, “As you may know, in this past legislative session the Florida Legislature appropriated $12 million to implement a program to facilitate the transport of illegal immigrants from this state consistent with federal law.”
“Wealthy Martha’s Vineyard finally has to pay their fair share of what poorer border towns have been forced to deal with for YEARS due to Dems open border policies,” explained Dana Loesch, a radio host. “Dems talk about sanctuary but get all stingy and look down their noses when illegal entrants enter their enclaves.”

“I fully expect all of the rich progressives to open up their Martha’s Vineyard mansions to those newly arrived immigrants who illegally entered the country. ‘Sanctuary’ without action is dead, so I’m sure they’ll do their fair share and give middle class border towns a break,” she went on. “If they don’t, they’re racists.”
The managing editor of the Babylon Bee, one Joel Berry, explained via a social media post, “I’m so happy to hear DeSantis is sending migrants to Martha’s Vineyard. I’m told the people who live there are the wealthiest and most virtuous liberals on earth. They must be so excited to welcome such diversity into their community.”

Comfortably Smug, a highly popular conservative account, explained, “Every GOP governor dealing with the crisis at the border needs to start sending plane after plane of illegal migrants to Martha’s Vineyard and the Hamptons.”
Another more Right-leaning account, Sunny McSunnyface, also chimed in off the back of a left-wing activist trying to complain that the community just cannot handle the influx of migrants with its current resources. “Oh does it suck to have community resources overwhelmed by migrants showing up uninvited?” exclaimed the account. “Sounds like it’s time to stop being racist and start building.”
“These services DO NOT EXIST in places like Martha's Vineyard.”

“Flying migrants to Martha’s Vineyard is ‘cruel’ but Biden busing them to random cities in Texas and Maryland was… loving?” questioned Allie Beth Stuckey, a conservative political commentator. “‘How mean to use these people as political pawns!’ Lol. The projection is off the charts, as usual. I do feel bad for the children caught up in all this. Yet another reason to secure the border so we can avoid this altogether.”
