Cher’s 49-Year-Old Son Arrested For Strange And Inappropriate Behave At A Prep School

Elijah Blue Allman, the 49-year-old son of music icon Cher and late rock legend Gregg Allman, was arrested Friday night in New Hampshire after allegedly causing a disturbance at an elite private school where he reportedly has no known affiliation.

According to local reports, police responded to St. Paul’s School in Concord following calls about an “unwanted” individual on campus. Authorities allege that Allman was behaving erratically in the dining hall area and making what were described as “inappropriate” gestures toward female students. He is also accused of using a cane in a threatening manner during the incident.

Allman was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, assault, and criminal threatening, according to Patch.com. Law enforcement officials said he had no connection to the school, and media outlet TMZ reported that sources close to the situation were unsure why he was on the snowy campus to begin with.

After being booked at the Merrimack County Jail, Allman was released on personal recognizance. He is expected to face arraignment in the coming days.

The arrest marks the latest chapter in a turbulent period for Allman, who has previously struggled with substance abuse. Last summer, he was hospitalized following a reported overdose in Joshua Tree, California. The incident came just months after his now ex-wife, Marieangela King, filed for divorce following 13 years of marriage.

Allman’s personal life has occasionally drawn public attention over the years, including a 2022 dispute in which King alleged that Cher had arranged for men to remove him from a hotel room and transport him to a rehabilitation facility. Cher has not publicly commented on the recent arrest.

St. Paul’s School, one of the nation’s most prestigious boarding schools, has not released a detailed statement about the incident. Authorities continue to investigate the matter as the legal process moves forward.

For now, Allman faces multiple misdemeanor charges that could carry legal consequences depending on how the case proceeds in court.
